Habitat for Humanity of Suffolk is hosting its 13th Annual Roger Metcalf Memorial Golf Classic at the Hamlet Willow Creek Golf Course.  Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit Christian ministry who helps men, women and children in need of homes all around the world.  Volunteers and donations are what fuel the organization that has built or rehabilitated over 400,000 homes.  The outing at Hamlet Willow Creek will be another crucial step for Habitat for Humanity to keep helping those in need.  For more info call

Ann Liguori Foundation

The annual Ann Liguori Foundation Charity Golf Outing will be held at the breathtaking Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, and feature a superb day that includes a round of golf at one of the country’s best new courses.  Although reserved spots to play in the outing are sold out, tee signs, sponsorships and tickets to the luncheon are still available.  The outing benefits the American Cancer Society’s ‘Camp Adventure’ for children with cancer and their siblings.  The camp takes place each summer on Shelter Island, and has a very positive impact for those suffering with cancer.  For more information,

The 15th Annual Long Island Cares Golf Classic will be held at the Meadow Brook Club, with a special honoree, Cavalier and Associates P.C., being recognized  for all their efforts to assist Long Island Cares.  Those efforts include the “Turkey on Wheels Motorcycle Run” which helps deliver 3,000 hearty Thanksgiving Meals for Longs Island’s most needy.  For many years, Long Island Cares has been helping to provide food for those in immediate need and has also sponsored programs educating the public on the importance of donating food and helping impoverished families become self-sufficient.
