Half Moon

The Half Moon Golf Course, dubbed “one of the best walking course in the Caribbean” boasts improved features for all levels of golf.
Renovated in 2006 by renowned golf course architect Roger Rulewich, the course features newly-aligned, multiple-tee complexes as well as repositioned fairway and greenside bunkers. Rulewich was mindful to maintain the course’s integrity of respecting the natural flow of the land while modernizing the course to account for improvements made to golf equipment over the years.
The course’s signature fourth hole has been re-sculpted to take advantage of the dramatic view of the Caribbean Sea in the
background and Half Moon’s whitewashed buildings in the foreground right from the tee. A picturesque hole, Rulewich strategically placed a channel in front of the green to add even more challenge to play. The original 9th hole measuring 462 yards was shortened to 440 yards and the green width increased allowing an easier target for a long iron approach into the prevailing winds.
Solidifying its position as a premier golf destination, Half Moon launched their new golf academy in early 2008. The facility offers a variety of instructional programs individually tailored to fit the needs of all golfers from complete beginners to experienced professionals.
