Unique Night Life at the Lake

Everyone just needs to unwind every now and then, or just blow off some steam when they are having “one of those days”, and the Lake of the Ozarks offers some great places to do just that. Whether it is an evening out with the guys (or girls) or just some down time with your friends, you are sure to be entertained – or to be the entertainment if you so desire.

The Horny Toad Complex at Toad Cove – the 7 mile marker by water or Hwy HH to Bittersweet Rd. 573-365-5500 or www.toadcove.com is a gourmet grill and entertainment complex that offers 2 Restaurants, Tiki Bars, a Night Club, Live Music featuring Donny Larson as well as other performers, a Benefit Concert Series including Dr. Hook with Ray Sawyer, The Charlie Daniels Band, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Styx, Three Dog Night, none other than The Beach Boys and more. And who knows, you just may make some new friends, or at least walk away with some not soon-to-be-forgotten memories of a great stay at the Lake of the Ozarks. Just remember to always drink responsibly, use a sober chauffeur, or to call 573-365-CABS (2227) for your ride home. That way you always walk away with those great memories, and we may get to see you again the next time that you come to visit the lake.
