Satisfaction Guaranteed at Golfers’ Warehouse
Golfers’ Warehouse has been New England’s largest golf supply warehouse for over 30 years, and the company‘s management and store staffs continue to insure customer satisfaction with each purchase.

Golfers’ Warehouse offers discounts on some of the hottest clubs and accessories in the game, as well as full club services and computer fitting. There are five locations serving Connecticut (Hartford), Massachusetts (Auburn, Braintree and Danvers), and Rhode Island (Cranston).

 Mike Britt, Northeast Regional Manager, Golfers’ Warehouse/Edwin Watts Golf Shops World Wide Golf Shops, explained the reason behind the firm’s continued success in an increasingly completive marketplace.

 “We offer free fitting for all clubs and sets, and we use state-of-the-art Foresight Sports GC2 launch monitors, which are one of the finest and most accurate available today. We also offer an extended fitting session in either our Callaway, TaylorMade or Ping Performance Centers. This session is from one to two hours. There is a fee. But all of our fits, whether its a standard launch monitor or Performance Center, covers all of the vital areas of the proper fitting.”

 Dedicated staff members, trained at the TaylorMade, Ping and Callaway golf companies, are able to take a customer through an entire fitting process, whether it is for one club or an entire set. Launch monitors capture all the vital statistics of the golfer, such as spin rates, launch angles and swing tendencies. That information is fed into a computer and analyzed to determine the best fit for each individual golfer.

 Britt said Golfers’ Warehouse strives to have “everyone walk out with as close to the perfect fit as possible.” He added, “We do find that more and more customer expect to be fit properly. There are many articles out there in golf magazines, as well as segments on fitting on the Golf Channel, that show the importance of getting properly fit for clubs.”
